Manipulation of the weather is not only possible but has roots dating all the way back to 1915. 

The United States government and even the Chinese government have been using cloud seeding to manipulate weather conditions. Cloud seeding has many differing names including "atmospheric Geo-engineering, weather modification, solar radiation management, chemical buffering, cloud seeding, weather force multiplication – toxic aerial spraying is popularly known as chem-trails." as stated by Randy Ananda, Global Research, July 30th 2010. Programs still exist to this day. Two of these programs are entitled HAARP and EnMod. This is something that can no longer continue to go under reported. In a democratic society we are entitled to all information necessary to live free and self governing lives. Since our government has bee modifying weather conditions, we need to find out the impact this has had on the planet. Is our government responsible for the global warming or cooling effects that are killing the planet. Why haven't we brought rain to areas of the world with drought and starvation. These kinds of questions need to be answered. The power to control nature should not be a secret. This power also should not be left to independently operated companies or contractors.

I feel the reason that this subject maybe on the censored list is primarily due to reasons of national security. Though weather as a military tactic is very interesting this cannot be the only practical use for such outstanding technology.
